Position: Wake Up Assistant
Number of hours: 5 hours/week
Schedule: Toronto, Canada
Tasks required:
* Make timely wake-up calls to the client as scheduled.
* Deliver personalized messages to help clients start their day with motivation and enthusiasm.
* Provide gentle reminders or guidance on clients' morning routines or any daily tasks, as specified.
* Secure a photo from the client at 10:00 AM via WhatsApp as proof that they are preparing to go to work, ensuring they stay accountable to their morning routine.

* Maintain clear, professional, and warm communication to create a supportive client experience.
* Keep records of client interactions and update any preference changes in our system.
* Work closely with the team to share feedback and improve service quality.
* Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills with a friendly and motivating demeanor.
* Available to work from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, Toronto time
* Highly reliable and punctual, with a commitment to adhering to the scheduled wake-up and photo-check times.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to engage with clients of diverse backgrounds respectfully and professionally.
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus.
* Familiarity with motivational techniques and practices.
* Background in psychology, wellness, or coaching.
* Proficient with communication tools like Zoom, WhatsApp, or other platforms as needed.
