As an Order Management Specialist you will manage the end-to-end process of customer orders, leveraging your technical skills and service management knowledge to ensure efficient and accurate order handling.

Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in service management or a similar IT role.
* At least 1 year of technical experience related to product development.
* ITIL IV Foundation certification is required.
* Strong customer orientation, multitasking skills, and effective communication.
* Excellent time management and result-oriented approach.
* Proficiency in German at a strong B2-C1 level.
* English proficiency at a B2 level is a plus.
