Requirements
* Fluency in German (spoken and written).
* Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working with computers and multiple software applications.
* Interest in consumer electronics, smart home devices, and technology.
* Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
* Previous experience in customer support, technical support, consumer electronics, or call centers is an advantage but not required.
* Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
* EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
