Remote Recruitment is hiring a Procurement Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning purchase orders and supplier admin for a UK business.
Role overview
You will keep purchasing running smoothly for a UK business. You will raise purchase orders, chase suppliers and make sure orders and invoices match.

* Raise and track purchase orders

* Chase suppliers on delivery dates and confirmations
* Match orders, deliveries and invoices
* Maintain supplier records and purchasing reports
What you'll need
* Experience in procurement, purchasing or supply administration
* Experience with an ERP or accounting system such as Xero or NetSuite
* Strong numeracy and attention to detail
* Clear written English for supplier communication
* A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection
Nice to have
* Experience negotiating with suppliers
* Familiarity with three-way matching
* Experience with Excel reporting

This is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
