Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various prospecting methods
* Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience
* Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline in the company's CRM system
* Continuously seek to expand your product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in Lighting Sales and/or related industries, experience to works with Interior Designers, Developers is a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Adaptable and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
