Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
* Research target accounts and personalize outreach to decision-makers.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
* Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-booked KPIs.
Requirements
* 2+ year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Experience working with CRMs and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft).
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
* Highly organised, target-driven, and resourceful.
* Experience selling to North American or European markets is a plus.
