Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist

And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Digital Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This includes monitoring budgets, analyzing performance metrics, testing ad creatives, and preparing ROI reports.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and content calendars, plan/schedule posts, write captions, develop content strategies, and monitor engagement to grow the audience.
Content Creation & Design: Design professional flyers, promotional graphics, and ad creatives using tools like Canva or Capcut. Repurpose content across different social media channels to maintain a consistent brand presence.

Required Tools
Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (for campaign management).
Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting tools.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically paid advertising and campaign optimization
Strong social media management and content strategy skills
Ability to generate creative content ideas and plan content calendars
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Capcut, or similar)
Understanding of campaign analytics, performance tracking, and marketing KPIs
Strong written communication, creativity, organization, and time management
Ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently and meet deadlines

Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 6 am - 10 am PST | 20 hours per week | Part-time
Location: 100% Remote
Salary Package: Up to ₱52K/month
