Our Corporate team is a dedicated corporate practice and works closely with colleagues across our Commercial, IP, Litigation, Real Estate and HR teams. This structure allows us to provide a full‑service offering to our clients while maintaining a strong focus on high‑quality corporate work.

Your work is likely to include advising on matters such as:

* General corporate advisory work for founder‑led and high‑growth businesses

You will work closely with investors, founders, boards, senior leadership teams and in‑house legal teams, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice that helps clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic objectives.

What we’re looking for

* Minimum 8 years’ PQE with strong experience in corporate transactional work

* Experience managing corporate transactions independently

* Experience supporting colleagues on larger or more complex deals

* Exposure to investment and/or finance transactions would be beneficial but is not essential

* A proactive, commercial approach to advising clients

* Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills

* Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities

* A collaborative team player who enjoys working within a supportive and experienced team
