We are hiring for a Financial Controller for our client in Eastwood, Libis
This follows a hybrid work setup and a salary of up to 200K Monthly
Minimum of at least 5 years of post qualifying relevant experience as head of finance for a large PHP-based group, CPA required

* Confident in dealing with senior managers
* Commercially savvy and strategically focused
* Ability to work autonomously, providing direction to the operational managers and making sound and sensible decisions
* High standards of integrity and work ethic
Preferred experience:
* BPO Experience preferred
Job Description:
* Financial Leadership: Oversee the financial function, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
* Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
* Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
