Position: Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
* Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
* Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, and best practices.
Content Creation & Management
* Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.).

* Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality assets.
* Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across platforms.
Community Engagement
* Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community conversations.
* Manage social listening to identify opportunities, feedback, and emerging topics.
* Build relationships with influencers, customers, and brand advocates.
Analytics & Reporting
* Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, growth, CTR, and conversions.
* Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
* Optimize content based on performance data.
Collaboration & Campaigns
* Work with marketing, product, and sales teams on integrated campaigns.
* Coordinate paid social ads with the digital marketing team.
* Support event promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
* 25 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
* Strong understanding of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
* Skilled in content creation (copywriting, video editing, basic design).
* Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
* Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
