Requirements:
* Nursing Degree
* Should have an active PHRN license
* At least 2 years or leadership experience (Global Voice Support), preferably in a healthcare claims account
* Metrics/KPIs: Preferably with experience handling/monitoring metrics, e.g., CSAT, NPS, AHT, FCR
