* Handle inbound customer calls and provide support regarding products, services, promotions, promotional codes, new product information, and other customer inquiries;
* Handle outbound calls related to promotional campaigns, new product launches, and proactive customer outreach;
* Contact retailers and distributors as part of promotional and commercial initiatives;
* Support various promotional activities and commercial initiatives through proactive communication with customers and business partners.

Requirements
* Advanced Italian (minimum B2 level) and intermediate English language skills;
* Between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience may be required for some roles;
* High school diploma (Baccalaureate);
* Customer-oriented, with the ability to handle a variety of customer situations;
* Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills;
