Role: Tier 3 Support Specialist (Nueva Ecija | Hybrid)Setup: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote (flexible); night shift / 24x7 rotation.Timeline: Hiring for a late February or early March start.Candidate Profile: * Degree in IT or equivalent senior-level experience.
* 5+ years in Linux administration and high-level IT support.
* Must possess a personal remote work setup (PC and backup internet).
* Background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) is a plus.

Technical Expertise:
* Systems: Advanced Linux/Windows Server setup, hardening (SELinux), and security best practices.
* Virtualization/Cloud: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and Azure.
* Automation: Scripting and Ansible.
* Apps: Microsoft 365, SQL, SharePoint, and Local Exchange.
Primary Duties:
* Escalation Leadership: Resolve the most complex server and network issues escalated from lower tiers.
* Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, and maintain systems and networking hardware.
* Proactive Maintenance: Perform system audits, patch management, and hardware/software upgrade recommendations.
* Compliance & Documentation: Strictly follow SOPs, manage on-call rotations, and build internal knowledge bases.
* Collaboration: Support project migrations and cross-team upgrades.
