What would you be doing:
* Brainstorm engaging content ideas, hooks, storylines and creative angles for short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.
* Develop clear scripts, storyboards and content flows that turn ideas into engaging, easy-to-produce video concepts.
*
Support Meta Ads launching by planning creative assets and angles for Meta Ads launches, working closely with the team.
*
Collaborate the wider marketing team to bring concepts to life, provide feedback and improve creative outputs.
*
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support ideation, scripting and content planning. Training will be provided.
*
Stay updated with social media trends, viral content and competitor creatives to identify new opportunities and creative approaches.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Fresh graduates are welcome or prior experience with content creation, social media, copywriting, video editing or digital marketing is a plus.
* A creative mindset with a genuine interest in social media, short-form content and advertising.
* Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
* Able to think of different ideas, angles and approaches rather than relying on a single concept.
* A fast learner who is comfortable trying new tools, learning from feedback and adapting quickly.
* Video editing or Meta Ads experience is a strong advantage, but not required.
