Remote Recruitment is hiring a HR Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning the employee lifecycle from offer to exit.
Role overview
You will be the engine behind a UK people team. You will handle contracts, onboarding, records and queries, and keep HR processes accurate and compliant.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare contracts, offer letters and employee documents

* Run onboarding and offboarding checklists
* Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS
* Track leave, probation reviews and renewals
* Respond to employee queries and support recruitment admin
What you'll need
* Experience in an HR administration or people support role
* Experience with an HR system such as BambooHR or Workable
* Strong written English and attention to detail
* Discretion with confidential information
* Excellent organisation and follow-through
Nice to have
* Familiarity with UK employment practice
* Experience with recruitment coordination
* Experience building HR reports in Excel

This is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
