About the job SAP Consultant - Digital Supply Chain Management (Makati) | Hybrid
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of SAP Digital SCM solutions including SAP IBP, SAP TM, SAP EWM, and S/4HANA Supply Chain.
* Configure supply chain processes such as demand planning, supply planning, transportation, and warehouse operations.

* Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and FIT-GAP analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, PP, and Finance modules.
* Assist in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.
* Work with technical teams to support WRICEF developments and ensure solution quality.
Required Skills & Experience
* 4 to 7 years of SAP experience with at least 1 full-cycle implementation in Digital SCM modules (IBP, TM, EWM, or S/4HANA Supply Chain).
* Hands-on experience in configuration and business process design for supply chain planning and execution.
* Good understanding of integration between SAP SCM modules and core ERP processes.
* Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
* Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.
Certifications
* Required: SAP Certification in at least one Digital SCM module (e.g., IBP, TM, EWM)
* Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)
Educational Background
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field (B.Tech, MBA, etc.)
