Customer Success Executive
Job Title: Customer Success Executive
Location: Remote, Philippines
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Role Description
We are hiring a Customer Success Executive to manage post-sales customer relationships, support account health, drive user adoption, and ensure customers receive value from the company's products or services. This role requires strong communication, relationship management, and a proactive service mindset. You will work closely with customers to understand needs, resolve concerns, support renewals or retention efforts, and coordinate internally to deliver a strong customer experience.
