Hiring Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Bangkok / Laem Chabang)
Working Condition: Hybrid
Location: Bang Na, Bangkok / Si Racha, Chon Buri
Responsibilities:
* Drive sales strategies and action plans to meet revenue & growth goals.
* Identify new business opportunities in air, sea, and road freight services.
* Lead client meetings, presentations, and customized proposal development.
* Work cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and customer service to ensure delivery excellence.

* Monitor market intelligence and competitor movements to optimize approach.
* Deliver accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and client insights.
* Manage customer pipelines through the CRM system and ensure clean data capture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding or logistics sales experience.
* Proven hunter mentality with a strong track record of hitting sales targets.
* Solid grasp of Incoterms, international shipping, and pricing structures.
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Leadership capability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
