Our mission is to be the most reliable company by offering and maintaining high-quality services consistently.

We achieve the mission by fostering long-term relationships with customers, employees, and vendors. Personal attention, timely communication, and respect for all people are the basis of our business philosophy!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator, who efficiently builds loads in client’s transportation management systems, schedules pickups and deliveries through the designated appointment platforms, and continuously applies and improves the standard operating procedures (SOPs) provided for each account. The role is metrics-driven, with a daily production target and a clear mandate to identify and pursue automation opportunities that increase throughput while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities:

* Build 40–50 truckload (TL) loads per day, entering shipment information accurately into Echo’s systems.

* Build loads using Optimizer and Accelerator, and build through Vooma where applicable per the account SOP.

* Schedule and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments through BiggerPicture.

* Follow the account-specific SOPs provided for each assigned account, ensuring loads are built and scheduled to customer requirements.

* Progressively identify and pursue automation opportunities within the SOPs to increase production and reduce manual effort.

* Validate shipment details (locations, dates, references, commodity, and special instructions) before releasing loads.

* Add notes and documentation to the relevant systems to provide full visibility of the load’s build and scheduling history.

* Communicate with shippers, receivers, and internal teams to confirm or correct appointment details when required.

* Answer and action emails related to building and scheduling in a timely manner.

* Partner with sales pods and operations to remove building and scheduling tasks from their workflows entirely.

* Escalate exceptions, blockers, and recurring issues to the appropriate Echo managers and team leads.

* Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

* Working knowledge of Optimizer and Accelerator for load building.

* Ability to schedule appointments through BiggerPicture and build through Vooma where applicable.

* Comfortable working with current technology and competent in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets, with strong internet navigation skills and a minimum 20 words-per-minute typing average.

* Aptitude for identifying process-automation opportunities and applying SOP improvements.

* Team-player attitude, both within the department and partnering with employees across the organization.

* Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

* Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Attention to detail is paramount.

* Time management, problem-solving, motivation, flexibility, adaptability, and proactiveness.

Working conditions:

* Working schedule: Monday - Friday 07:30-16:30 CST
Start date - Oct 19th

* Competitive Salary in USD

* Remote or office mode of work

* 10+ business days of paid time off

* English courses

* Equipment provided

We are eager to fill this position, if you are detail-oriented and thrive in a team setting, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our dynamic logistics team.
