Position: Data Entry
Number of hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: EST Timezone
Key Responsibilities
* Perform accurate and timely data entry into spreadsheets or databases.
* Maintain and regularly update lead lists and contact information.
* Organize and maintain digital records, documents, and files.
* Categorize and structure data for easy access, tracking, and reporting.
* Support chat-based communication with leads when needed.

Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
* Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic database management (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools).
* Good organizational skills for managing digital files and records.
* Ability to categorize and structure information clearly.
* Basic written communication skills for chat-based interactions.
* Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
* Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Preferred Knowledge (not required):
Basic understanding of electrical wire harnessing, connectors, terminals, and part specifications.
