Software Engineers (Full-Stack)

These roles are ideal for experienced software engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems and building reliable products that connect geospatial data, AI, computer vision, and real-world operations.

These are full-time roles, and while they are remote, candidates must be based in Guadalajara.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications, 2D/3D experiences, and backend services for interacting with high-precision geospatial data.
* Build APIs and services used across web, mobile, edge, and third-party applications, operating across cloud, on-premise, and intermittently connected environments.
* Develop and optimise components of high-volume data processing pipelines handling point clouds, meshes, imagery, and other spatial data.
* Collaborate with Computer Vision, machine learning, mobile, and geospatial teams.
* Work with product managers and UX to translate customer problems into technical solutions.
* Contribute to architecture, development standards, testing and observability.
* Use modern AI-assisted development tools and AI agents for implementation, debugging, code review, security analysis, testing, and technical documentation.
* Take ownership of features and systems from design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

About You

* 5+ years professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React and Next.js.
* Working experience with large datasets or computationally intensive data processing pipelines.
* Experience designing scalable APIs, backend services, and production application architectures.
* Experience with geospatial software, GIS, and 2D/3D data, such as point clouds, meshes, orthophotos, terrain, models, LiDAR.
* Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, performance optimisation, and automated testing.
* Experience with Docker, CI/CD and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
* Experience debugging, profiling and operating production applications, including logging, metrics and error monitoring.
* Strong problem-solving skills, technical judgment and ownership, with the ability to work effectively on complex or ambiguous problems.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
* Legally entitled to work in Mexico.

Highly Regarded Qualifications and Experience

* Experience with WebGL, CesiumJS, or Three.js, including spatial data formats, projections, and coordinate systems.
* Experience integrating Computer Vision, machine learning, or AI capabilities into production products.
* Experience in mining, construction, autonomous systems, robotics, or other industrial environments.
