As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Telemarketing WFH (Cantonese Support) to provide unrivalled support to our clients.

Job Summary:
As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients through various channels. While a portion of your time will be dedicated to outbound calls, conducting client meetings, and delivering demo calls.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
* Deliver compelling product demos to prospects.
* To make outbound calls/emails/social media reach outs daily to engage potential clients.
* Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
* Adapt to changes in outreach strategies and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
* Flexibility to travel and attend appointments and events as required.
* Mandarin skills will be an added advantage
Salary:
* Basic salary from RM4800 - RM5200
