Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and maintain a variety of contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts.
* Liaise with external lawyers and support internal departments.
* Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure legal requirements, internal policies, and corporate governance principles are adhered to.

Requirements
* Degree in Law, with 3 - 5 years of experience in contract management systems and corporate governance tools
* Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
* Able to review and advise salient issues in a timely manner
* Good time and project management skills
* Attention to details
* Familiarity with Telecom/IT industry will be an advantage
* 2 years contract with full benefits, subjective to conversion
