Job Expectations:
* Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent
* Work Setup & Location: Hybrid - BGC, Taguig
* Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, Night Shift
* Budget: Up to 130K based on experience

Responsibilities:
* Lead the smooth and quality-assured transition of application features from development to production environments
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service operations

* Lead the development of the Operations Enablement service catalogue to further improve service delivery
* Run/Lead small to mid-sized projects related to operations
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology and/or financial industry
* Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB)
* Experience in programming languages such as Java and/or Python is required
* Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)
* Experience with incident and problem management
* Knowledge Snowflake is a plus
* Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (Qlik) is a plus
* Proficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira and Confluence
* Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile Framework e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc. (certification is a plus)
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture, understand how the details contribute to that, and think through the cause-and-effect relationships that can create change
* Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
* Accurate, effective, and independent working style
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and confidently interact with business users
* Knowledge about private markets would be an advantage
* Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
