WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Define and oversee the execution of company global mobile application User Growth strategy in line with expansion objectives

* Lead and manage grow our newly established User Growth team, including user acquisition, engagement, content, and gamification

* Leverage data to priorities the right projects, and to optimize user growth strategies accordingly

* Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment

* Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition and retention

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

* 5+ years of experience in leading strategic growth marketing efforts for mobile apps.

* Proven track record of driving sustainable user growth and engagement.

* Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Expertise in data analysis and performance marketing.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
