We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Freight Brokerage Assistant, who can assist our team with daily operations, customer communication, and load management.

Responsibilities:
* Communicate with carriers and drivers regarding load updates, pickup and delivery appointments, and ETAs.
* Track and trace shipments throughout transit.
* Assist with carrier sourcing, negotiating rates, and booking loads.
* Provide customers with timely updates and resolve any transportation issues.
* Manage emails, update our TMS, and maintain accurate shipment records.
* Assist with general freight brokerage operations as needed.
* Previous experience working with a U.S.-based freight brokerage or trucking company is strongly preferred.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with DAT, and transportation management systems is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Working conditions:
* Working schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 CST
