Senior Linux Engineer
Location: Warsaw (Hybrid – 3 days/week in the office)
Rate: Up to 150 PLN/h net (B2B)
Cooperation model: B2B agreement signed directly with Optiveum

For our Client, a global player in the banking industry, we are looking for an experienced Linux Engineer to join their innovative technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technologies and contribute to the platform's continuous improvement through modern DevOps practices.

Your responsibilities:
* Designing and implementing automation processes using CI/CD technologies and procedures.
* Exploring and integrating AI technologies for self-healing platform capabilities.
* Creating comprehensive documentation for automation processes and procedures for end users, engineers, and architects.
* Collaborating effectively within a SAFE SCRUM framework.
* Providing advanced troubleshooting and system administration support.
* Driving innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Our requirements:
* Extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8+ environments (Red Hat Certified System Administrator - RHCSA certification is highly preferred).
* High proficiency in Bash scripting and dynamic programming languages (Python, Perl).
* Extensive experience with configuration management tools, particularly Ansible.
* Experience with GCE and migrations from VMware to GCE.
* Knowledge of Red Hat Satellite patch management and automation.
* Proficiency with software development tools, including GIT and Jira.
* Experience working within SCRUM/Agile methodologies (SAFE SCRUM environment experience is a strong plus).
* Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
* Strong innovative mindset with the ability to propose creative solutions and excellent teamwork skills.
* Fluent English.

* VMware virtualization technologies.
* Network administration and configuration.
* Windows system integration.
