BrownRiceCapital is hiring a Junior Python Developer to build and maintain Python features, solve technical problems, and use AI tools in day-to-day development. This is a remote role.

* 1+ years of experience as a backend engineer with python as primary language.
* Strong Python programming skills, with hands-on experience working with Python at a product-based organisation.
* Familiarity with AI tools and their practical use in software development.
* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of Node.js is a plus.
* Trading domain knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain features using Python.
* Identify, debug, and resolve issues in the code.
* Use AI tools to support development, while reviewing and testing their output.
* Write clear, maintainable code and verify that it works as expected.
