Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent in the market, supporting our Talent Managers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 Years of Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role, talent acquisition for Maquiladora Industry.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies, including social media networking and databases, to build a pool of qualifiable candidates for Hiring Managers.
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Detail-oriented.
You will be responsible for the following:
* Collaboration & support: Providing ongoing support to Talent Managers and partners by assisting with recruitment tasks, candidate communication, and process optimization.
* Generate job descriptions.
* Generate position in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
* Post open positions on platforms. (LinkedIn, indeed, etc.)
* Headhunting.
* Resume screening and alignment.
* Interview coordination and scheduling Interviews.
* Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management.
* Market analysis, talent sourcing, and market insights.
