Senior Accounting Manager - CPA Level

* Manage and review P&L, AR, AP, payroll and financial records by business unit.
* Perform and review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.
* Ensure financial records are accurate and follow US GAAP and US accounting practices.
* Analyze financial results and identify discrepancies, risks and unusual activity.
* Perform and review audit procedures across revenue, AR, inventory, fixed assets, AP, debt, equity and payroll.
* Test and improve internal controls and accounting processes.
* Support external audits and maintain accurate documentation.
* Work closely with the VP Accounting and leadership as the company continues to scale.

Required Experience & Skills

* 5+ years of accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
* Strong US GAAP and US accounting knowledge — essential.
* Experience managing accounting across multiple entities, locations, or business units — essential.
* Expert-level QuickBooks Online experience.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, AR, and AP.
* 2–4 years of public accounting or external audit experience preferred.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.

Preferred Qualifications

* CPA license preferred but not required.
* Experience in a fast-growing or multi-location company.
* Experience improving accounting systems, processes, and controls.
