Position: Business Analyst (BA / BSA) - Junior
Number of hours: 40 hours / week
Schedule: EST
Responsibilities:
* Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
* Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications under supervision.
* Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation.
* Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.

* Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers to clarify business requirements.
* Assist in validating business requirements through testing and user acceptance activities.
* Maintain project documentation, requirements traceability, and knowledge repositories.
* Support defect tracking, documentation updates, and simple feature enhancements.
* Ensure requirements align with business objectives and project scope.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Product Support, or a related role.
* Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Preferred Certifications:
* Scrum Foundations
* AWS Cloud Practitioner
* Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
* Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) (preferred)
