Oracle Delivery Lead
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Delivery Lead to manage the successful delivery of Oracle-based projects across our global delivery centers. This role demands deep Oracle expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage large teams and complex programs.

* Manage a cross-functional team of Oracle professionals across multiple delivery locations.
* Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore delivery, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
* Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
* Define and implement best practices, operational standards, and governance frameworks.
* Ensure optimal resource management and performance tracking through key metrics (KPIs).
* Stay current on Oracle technologies and lead initiatives to expand practice capabilities.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business (Masters or Oracle certification preferred).
* At least 20 years of experience in a similar field, including at least 15 years with Oracle technologies.
* Strong background in Oracle ERP, Cloud, Database, Fusion Middleware, and EPM.
* Proven track record in managing large teams and delivering complex, global projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in offshore delivery models and resource optimization.
* Willing to work in Legazpi Village, Makati City
* Amenable to be on a morning/early morning shift but flexibility is expected. No night shift.
* Willing to work onsite thrice a week
* Able to start at least 60 calendar days upon JO acceptance
