WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and concise legal briefs
• Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication
• Work closely with partners on complex legal issues

* California Bar in good standing
• Strong civil litigation foundation
