Main Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications.

* Perform manual and automated testing to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and implement testing strategies.
* Write and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Playwright or similar frameworks.

* Continuously improve QA processes, frameworks, and best practices.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging QA tools and industry trends.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* +90% English written and oral (B2 level minimum) — strong communication is essential.

* Ability to write and maintain automated tests with clean, readable structure.
* Some coding experience in JavaScript, Ruby, Python, or similar — comfortable writing functions and structuring projects.
* Experience working with GitHub or similar version control tools.
* Strong communication skills: ability to write clear bug reports, reproduction steps, test cases, and root cause analysis.
* Experience working on projects throughout the full software development life cycle.
* Experience using JIRA or other bug tracking / project management tools.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Postman or API testing.
* Familiarity with fintech or regulated software environments.
* Experience working in small, agile QA teams.
