We are looking for a Business Development Officer ASAP. This is a fully remote work that pays up to 25K basic with unlimited commissions based on performance.
The shift is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM and has a fully remote setup
Qualifications:
* Must have experience working as a Business Development Specialist or similar function for at least 2 years
* Working in the Recruitment Industry is a huge plus but not required

* Must be comfortable presenting to clients both face to face and online
* Excellent MS Office skills (Powerpoint, PDF, Word, Excel)
* Well disciplined to work remotely with minimal supervision
* Sales background is ideal
Responsibilities:
* Acquire new hiring clients
* Identify and develop new lines of business
* Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships
* Increase company clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
* Negotiate and close business deals
* Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
* Meet with potential clients and present services offered by the company
* Retain existing clients
* Work with the team into developing strategies for Business Development
