We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern to join our client's team for a 3-month internship period, with the potential to lead to a permanent job based on performance. The HR Intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the growth of our organization.

* Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

* Support employee onboarding and orientation activities
* Assist in maintaining HR records and databases
* Help with organizing and coordinating training and development programs
* Assist in performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback
* Support HR team in handling employee queries and concerns
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
* Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to HR functions
Qualifications:
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn new skills
* Prior HR internship experience is a plus
