Position Details:
* Part-Time: 20 hours per week
* Schedule: EST hours
* Remote Work
Responsibilities:
* Create original graphic designs and illustrations for apparel prints
* Design graphics for t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other apparel products
* Develop multiple design variations (colorways, layouts, typography styles)
* Ensure designs align with the brand identity and target audience
* Apply designs to digital apparel mockups for product visualization

* Assist in creating technical packs (tech packs) including artwork specs, placement, and color references
* Prepare print-ready files for screen printing, DTG, embroidery, or other printing methods
* Organize vector artwork, layers, and color separations
* Collaborate with the team and revise designs based on feedback
Requirements:
* Experience in Graphic Design
* Experience creating apparel graphics or merchandise designs
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
* Ability to create vector artwork and print-ready files
* Basic understanding of technical packs and apparel production
Preferred Skills:
* Experience designing for t-shirt brands or apparel companies
* Understanding of screen printing and garment printing processes
* Experience preparing apparel tech packs
