RESPONSABILITIES:
* You advise well-known, international companies on the integration of SAP SuccessFactors HCM
* You analyze existing HR IT landscapes and develop them further in a sustainable way
* You design and implement integrations and are hands-on with common SAP technologies
* You work closely with HR, IT, and architecture teams on the client side
* You lead workshops, explain complex topics in an understandable way, and make well-founded technical decisions

* You independently manage projects from the initial idea through implementation to a successful go-live
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors HCM with SAP ERP HCM and/or other systems
* Very strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
* Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration, and SAP BTP
* Solid understanding of HR processes and data models
* High quality standards, strong initiative, and motivation to deliver excellent results
* Very good German (B2) and good English (B2) language skills
