We are looking for a
Senior Software Engineer with a passion for AI/ML to join our healthcare innovation initiatives. You will contribute to algorithm development, data analysis, and model evaluation, working closely with researchers and engineers to deliver intelligent solutions that enhance healthcare systems.

* Design and implement AI algorithms tailored for healthcare use cases.
* Conduct data analysis and visualization to identify actionable insights.
* Build, train, test, and optimize ML models to improve accuracy and reliability.
* Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes clearly.
* Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, contributing technical ideas and feedback.
* Mentor associate-level engineers and interns as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* 3 to 5 years of industry experience in software engineering, with exposure to AI/ML projects.
* Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
* Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and OOP (C#, Java).
* Experience with statistical and ML techniques (linear/logistic regression, Random Forest, etc.).
* Hands-on with data analysis and visualization (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
* Familiarity with agile development processes.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
* Knowledge of deep learning and generative AI tools is a plus.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
