Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
* Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to solve problems efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable using computers and multiple software applications.
* Previous experience in customer support, payments, or fintech is an advantage but not required.
* Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
* EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
