Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews).
* Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
* Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.
* Work with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize deliverables.
* Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.
* Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation.

Must-Have:
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
* 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in tech-driven environments.
* Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
* Strong conflict-resolution and servant-leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice-to-Have:
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
* Background in software development or IT projects.
* Familiarity with scaling frameworks (LeSS, Nexus).
