Customer Support Specialist
Location: Philippines

Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver professional, timely, and high-quality assistance to customers across voice, email, and chat channels. This role is ideal for individuals who can communicate clearly, manage customer concerns with empathy, and maintain service quality in a structured support environment. You will handle inquiries, resolve common issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and help ensure that every customer interaction reflects the company's service standards.
