Responsibilities:
1. Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for analysis and modeling purposes.
2. Assist in developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
3. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
4. Collaborate with senior data scientists and cross-functional teams to define project objectives and requirements.
5. Implement data visualization techniques to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
6. Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and fine-tune them for optimal results.
7. Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in data science and machine learning.
8. Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to contribute to the team's growth and success.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of data science concepts, machine learning algorithms, and statistical techniques.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
4. Familiarity with data manipulation and visualization libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
5. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
6. Knowledge of SQL and database management systems for data extraction and manipulation.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
