The Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier will join the Dental Insurance Billing/Collections Team, which handles billing, collections, and payment posting services for dental clinics and service providers in the United States.
* Confirm dental insurance eligibility via web portal, fax back, phone call.
* Gather patient eligibility for specific Dental procedures, including coverage percentages, history, frequency limitations, billing guidelines.

* Enter eligibility information in the Dental clinic's Practice Management System.
* Work with the Dental clinic real time to verify eligibility of walk-in patients and specific diagnosed procedure(s).
Minimum Qualifications:
* OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES with no experience or least 1 year as a Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier.
* Familiarity with Dental Insurance policy types, PPO, HMO, MediCal.
* Ability to navigate one or more major Dental Practice Management system(s), specifically scheduling, patient demographics, insurance information.
* Procedural understanding of general dentistry procedures.
* Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
* Data entry skills (40 WPM or better).
* Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
* Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
* Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.
