What You'll Be Doing
* IT Operations & Infrastructure: Own global IT operations, infrastructure, endpoints, hardware, and day-to-day IT support.
* CAPEX & Procurement: Own IT budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and technology investments.
* Multimedia & Office Buildouts: Design and deploy AV, conference room, and hybrid meeting solutions across global offices.
* Identity & Google Workspace: Own Okta and Google Workspace administration, including user lifecycle, access, SSO, MFA, and policies.
* Security & Compliance: Implement IT security controls, manage access reviews and security incidents, and support SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance.
* IT Strategy & Standards: Establish IT policies, standards, and processes while driving scalable solutions across a global organization.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of experience in IT management or a senior IT role, ideally within a global tech company.
* Proven track record owning IT operations end-to-end — infrastructure, support, procurement, and vendor management.
* Hands-on Okta administration experience — SSO, MFA, Workflows, lifecycle management.
* Strong Google Workspace Super Admin experience — policies, OUs, DLP, licensing.
* Experience planning and managing IT CAPEX budgets and working with Finance on procurement.
* Experience designing and deploying multimedia/AV setups for conference rooms and offices.
* Working knowledge of IT security best practices — endpoint security, access control, patch management, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 / ISO 27001).
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics).
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew; ability to work effectively across global time zones.
* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
