Job Title: FSC Compliance Specialist
Working hours: 10 hours/week
Time zone: AEST
Tasks:
* Take charge of controlling and managing the paperwork required for FSC certification
* Ensure compliance with FSC standards, principles, and chain-of-custody procedures throughout the certification process
* Collaborate closely with other factories to align their operations with FSC requirements
* Provide guidance and support to factory managers and workers on implementing FSC procedures

* Maintain accurate records, track progress, and organize documentation for audits and inspections
* Stay up to date with the latest developments and changes in FSC procedures and standards
* Other ad hoc tasks to be assigned
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of FSC procedures and standards, including chain-of-custody requirements
* Experience in managing the documentation and paperwork for FSC certification
* Strong understanding of sustainable forestry practices and responsible sourcing
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with other factories
* Proactive mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
