We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead product strategy across major initiatives and help build a high-performing product organization.

What You'll Do
* Define product strategy across multiple product areas.
* Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through scale.
* Partner with executive leadership on company priorities.
* Build and communicate multi-year product vision.
* Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market.
* Mentor and develop product managers.
* Establish product processes, metrics, and standards.
* Drive major launches and strategic initiatives.
* Identify new market and product opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* 8+ years of product management experience.
* Proven leadership across multiple product initiatives.
* Strong strategic and commercial thinking.
* Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication.
* Strong technical fluency.
* Demonstrated ability to build and improve product organizations.
Nice to Have
* AI/ML products.
* Developer or infrastructure products.
* Scale-up experience.
* Experience managing or mentoring PM teams.
