Job Title: Lao Interpreter (Freelance / Remote)
Location: Remote / On-site (Depending on Assignment)
About the Role:
We are looking to expand our network of skilled Lao Interpreters to support ongoing and upcoming interpretation projects. As a freelance interpreter, you will play a key role in bridging communication gaps across a range of industries including healthcare, legal, business, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation between Lao and English during calls, meetings, and other assignments.
* Ensure clear and effective communication while maintaining confidentiality and neutrality.
* Adapt interpretation style to suit various industries and client requirements.
* Handle assignments professionally, whether remote (OPI/VRI) or on-site.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in professional interpretation.
* Fluency in Lao and English (both spoken and written).
* Strong listening, memory, and multitasking skills.
* Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment (for remote roles).
* Knowledge of medical, legal, and business terminology is a plus.
* Punctuality, reliability, and adherence to confidentiality standards.
Scope:
