We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Risk Management Department and help ensure effective risk management across our trading activities.
Core Responsibilities:
* Monitor trading activity and ensure it follows risk limits and internal policies.
* Manage tickets and make sure they are resolved on time.
* Create and maintain operational documentation, including instructions, SOPs, and checklists.
* Handle operational issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
* Identify unusual or high-risk situations and escalate them when needed.
* Share risk-related updates with traders, broker management, and operations teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Background in operational or technical support.
* Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and operational issue resolution.
* Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation and instructions.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* English: B1+
* Ukrainian: Working proficiency.
* Basic knowledge of trading is a strong plus.
