What we expect:
* 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, US-focused;
* Proven track record with lead generation (CPL / CPA / TCPA);
* Solid understanding of US traffic sources and funnels;
* Comfortable working with large volumes of performance data;
* Strong grasp of compliance, fraud prevention, and lead quality control;
* Ready to make bold calls and own the outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Recruiting and scaling high-value US affiliates, managing key accounts;
* Acting as the main point of contact — from IOs and contracts to day-to-day support;
* Running multiple lead generation campaigns: budgets, payouts, creatives, offer optimization;
* Monitoring traffic quality, lead validation, and catching compliance risks early;
* Keeping a pulse on US market trends and sharing insights with the team;
* Owning revenue growth — monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
